2. Digital Product License: WordPress Themes
We offer two types of licenses for WordPress themes:
Regular License: allows use on one single website.
Extended License: allows use on up to five websites, suitable for developers or agencies building sites for multiple clients.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme.
You may not:
Resell, distribute, sublicense, or transfer the theme files (whether modified or not);
Offer the theme as a standalone product;
Remove or modify the copyright statement in the theme file.
3. Website Optimization Services
If you purchase website optimization services, we will complete the work (e.g., performance improvement, SEO adjustments, security hardening) within the agreed timeline. After delivery, we will provide a brief report. The scope of work is as described on the product page; any additional requests require separate negotiation and pricing.
4. Orders and Payment
WordPress Themes: All themes sales are processed through third-party platforms. By submitting an order, you agree to pay the total amount displayed (including any applicable taxes). Payment providers collect necessary payment information; we do not store your credit card or account details.
Website Optimization Services: Service orders are processed separately (Please contact us).
5. Refund Policy
WordPress Themes (Purchased via third-party platforms): Due to the nature of downloadable products, all sales are final. Our policy is to provide you with the best support before and after sales. If you are unsure if our theme is suitable for you, please leave us a message and ask questions. We will answer any questions you have.
Website Optimization Services (Please contact us): If the service has not started, you may request a full refund. If work has partially been completed, the refund will be adjusted based on the work done. Once the service has been delivered, no refund is available.
6. Technical Support
Theme Support: Includes installation guidance and basic troubleshooting. It does not cover server configuration, third‑party plugin conflicts, or custom modifications to the theme code.
Service Support: If any issue caused by us remains unresolved within 14 days after service delivery, we will fix it at no cost. Adjustments requested after 14 days or due to user modifications may incur additional fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the theme or services. The theme is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
